1. Shipping Coverage

1.1 Domestic Shipping (India)

~ We ship to all major cities and remote areas across India.
~ We use trusted courier partners to ensure your order reaches you in good condition.


2. Order Processing & Dispatch

~ Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

~ For customized, personalized, or energized products, additional processing time may be required.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Region Standard Delivery Time
Within India 3-7 business days after dispatch
Outside India 8-14 business days (or as per destination + customs delays)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier issues, weather, customs clearance, or other unforeseen delays.


4. Shipping Costs

~ Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order value, weight, and delivery location.

~ From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on the website.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

~ COD is available only for orders within India.

~ All COD orders may be verified (via phone or message) before dispatch.

~ If verification is not completed within 24 hours, the order may be cancelled.


6. Tracking Orders

~ Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link (via email / SMS / WhatsApp) along with a tracking number.

~ You can track your order throughout its journey until delivery.


7. Customs, Duties & International Delays

~ For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or local regulatory charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

~ Customs clearance processes may cause additional delays.


8. Delayed, Lost, or Returned Shipments

8.1 Delayed Orders

~ We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, natural disasters, customs clearance, strikes, or other external events.

8.2 Lost or Missing Packages

~ If a shipment is marked as delivered by the courier but you haven’t received it, please report within 48 hours of the notification.

~ We will coordinate with the courier to investigate.

8.3 Returns Due to Incorrect Address

~ If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, re-shipping charges will apply for redelivery.

~ Shipping fees originally paid are non-refundable in such cases.
