Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

We value your trust, and this policy outlines when and how exchanges, returns, or refunds may be applicable. Please read carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Terms
~ Returns, exchanges, or refunds are applicable only under specific circumstances (detailed below).
~ Any request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product. For customized or energized items, the request window is 48 hours.
~ Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging, certificates, and accessories intact.
2. Eligible Cases for Return / Exchange / Refund
We will accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:
~ You received a damaged product.
~ You received an incorrect product (not matching your order).
~ You received a product with a manufacturing defect.
~ Exchange for size issues (where applicable, e.g. bracelets or rings), subject to availability.
3. Non-Eligible Cases
The following are not covered under our return or refund policy:
~ Change of mind or personal dislike after purchase.
~ Minor variations in color, texture, or size — natural characteristics of gemstones.
~ Customized / personalized / energized items (unless defective or incorrect).
~ Products used, worn, altered, or damaged by the customer after delivery.
~ Gift cards, vouchers, or discounted products (final sale).
4. Exchange Policy
~ For exchanges, contact us at support@divyapatthar.com within the eligible time frame.
~ Provide photos or an unboxing video as proof of the issue.
~ If the exchange is due to our error (defect/incorrect item), we will bear the shipping costs.
~ For exchanges requested due to size or preference, shipping costs (both ways) are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Refund Policy
~ Refunds are provided only when replacement is not possible (e.g. item out of stock).
~ Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.
~ Refund processing time: 5-7 business days (may extend up to 10-12 working days depending on the bank).
~ Shipping charges, customs duties, or handling fees are non-refundable, unless the error was ours.
6. Order Cancellation
~ Orders can be cancelled before dispatch or before energizing/customization begins.
~ Once processing has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
7. Evidence & Verification
~ For any claim (damage/incorrect item), you must share clear photos and/or an unboxing video.
~ In absence of such evidence, the request may be declined.
8. International Orders
~ Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges.
~ If an order is refused at customs or cancelled after dispatch, refunds will be processed only after the product is returned to us, minus applicable charges.
